We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out for you. To make it easy to find your perfect pair, we offer FREE returns and exchanges for purchases made only on vionicshoes.com.au.

You may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as the original purchase was made on vionicshoes.com.au. Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to show on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.

HOW TO MAKE A

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

STEP ONE:
For a return: Fill out the return portion of the form that was included in your original shipment.
For an exchange: Fill out the exchange portion only on the form that was included in your original shipment.*

STEP TWO: Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging and include the completed form.

STEP THREE: Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and make note of the Australia Post tracking number in case you need to track your package at auspost.com.au.

STEP FOUR: Drop off your package at any authorized Australia Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to show on your statement.

*Exchanges can only be made for the same style or products of equal value.

If you do not use the provided shipping label and designated shipping method, Vionic is not able to refund shipping charges.

If you purchased from a Vionic authorised retailer, please process the return directly with the retailer according to the retailer’s return policy.

A note about unauthorised retailers:
While some of our retailers are authorised to sell on Amazon, many are not. Vionic does NOT offer refunds or credits on products purchased from any unauthorised dealers.

Vionic does NOT authorise any of its retailers to sell on eBay. Accordingly, Vionic does not offer any refunds or credits for Vionic products purchased on eBay.

If you are not sure whether a retailer is an authorised Vionic retailer, please check our Vionic Store Locator.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase from a retailer who is not listed as authorised, the product might be counterfeit. These counterfeit products might not provide the high quality standards found in Vionic products. We cannot guarantee the quality, fit or feel of counterfeit products.

You can either exchange your gift item for the same style in a different size or color, item of the same value or exchange it for an e-gift card for the amount of the gift item, to be redeemed at vionicshoes.com.au.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO
RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received your shoes back in our warehouse, it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

WHERE DO I DROP OFF MY PACKAGE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
If you used the prepaid shipping label we included in your original shipment, drop off your package at any Australia Post location.

If you do not use the Australia Post prepaid shipping label we provided with your original purchase, you can ship your shoes back to our warehouse at the address below using any carrier.
