Cancellation policy

At Vionic, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your new shoes sooner. Because of this, there is only a short window in which an order can be cancelled.

Cancelling Your Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible after placing it.

We will do our best to cancel your order before it has been processed or dispatched. However, once an order has entered our fulfilment process or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item once it has been delivered in accordance with our Returns Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The name used for the order

  • The email address used at checkout

Customer Care will confirm whether the cancellation was successful.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is successful, your order will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Changes to Orders

If you need to update your shipping address or change an item in your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has begun processing.
