This is my second pair of black Lynez slippers and I love them! I live in them at home through the cooler months and they are so comfortable and warm, and I particularly love that they look more like a loafer shoe than a slipper. I bought my first pair when I needed a slipper that I could insert my orthotics into - harder to find than I thought. I had painful feet for months and was advised to find slippers that I could use with my orthotics. it didn't take long for the pain in my feet to disappear once I started wearing my new Lynez slippers with my orthotics regularly. I highly recommend them - they're worth every cent.

I first ordered this slipper in size 8, which is my usual size, however, it was too big so I exchanged it for a 7. My interaction with customer support was very positive and I found them to be excellent. They shipped me a new size promptly. I've tried the slipper about 10 times now and the comfort level is great. I'm a huge fan of UGG Ansley and have worn them for years. I was hoping these would be similar. I found the fur inside to be subpar compared to UGG. Sadly, after the few times I have worn them, the inside fur matting is already folding over. It seems like poor craftsmanship. They're still very comfortable, even after having to glue down the fur part, but for this price, I shouldn't have had to do that after only wearing them so few times.
